Tampa International Airport (TPA) welcomes millions of visitors to Tampa each year with direct flights from USA, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Central America. The Convention Center, and neighboring hotels, are a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Explore the choices to figure out which ground transportation option is best for you.

Off-site parking near the Convention Center and partnered hotels is available at the Pam Iorio Parking Garage and the Tampa Convention Center Garage. Daily rates are $2 for the first hour/ $3 every hour after/ Daily Max $15.

The discounted AZA rate is only available for registered attendees and exhibitors. You will find your unique reservation link in your registration confirmation email. The hotel will not be accepting call-in reservations. If this policy causes an issue, please contact AZA Meetings Department. The below-discounted rates are only available until the room block sells out, or Friday, August 15, whichever comes first.

All meetings, program sessions, General Session events, and Exhibit Hall events will take place at the Tampa Convention Center. Accreditation Hearings will take place at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. Executive Leadership Development Program will take place at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
