Travel Information
Portland International Airport (PDX) welcomes millions of visitors to Portland each year with direct flights from USA, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. The Convention Center, and neighboring hotels, are a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Explore the choices to figure out which ground transportation option is best for you.

Hotel Information
The discounted AZA rate is only available for registered attendees and exhibitors. You will find your unique reservation link in your registration confirmation email. The hotel will not be accepting call-in reservations. If this policy causes an issue, please contact AZA Meetings Department. The below-discounted rates are only available until the room block sells out, or Friday, August 28, whichever comes first.

All meetings, program sessions, General Session events, and Exhibit Hall events will take place at the Oregon Convention Center. Accreditation Hearings will take place at the Hyatt Recency Portland.

AZA has contracted with these four official hotel partners. We appreciate your support in booking within the AZA hotel room blocks, which support the Association in allowing us to offer a high-quality conference experience for all. You can still earn hotel loyalty points when booking through the official reservation links that will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Participant hotels and individual loyalty program rules and requirements still apply and are subject to changes at any time without notice.

Please be aware that if you are contacted by a travel company or hotel discounter encouraging you to book your hotel reservation, these kinds of emails and calls are SCAMS. AZA does not partner with any hotel or travel companies and you will never be solicited to book your hotel reservation. Please only make hotel reservations from links provided to you by AZA. While Paramount Convention Services and eShow will reach out directly to exhibiting companies about their services, AZA hotel partners will not.
