General Exhibitor Information

The 2026 AZA Annual Conference will take place at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR. The premier event for zoo and aquarium professionals, the Annual Conference will be hosted by the Oregon Zoo, and will bring together more than 2,800 leaders in the community from a wide variety of disciplines for several days of:

  • Networking with peers & sharing of successful programs
  • Exploration of new ideas and best practices
  • Learning about new technology, products, and services

A Fantastic Location
Located in the Pacific Northwest, Portland is a lively city full of award-winning restaurants, forested retreats, and outdoor adventures. Known for having vibrant and quirky neighborhoods, Portland is home to over 500 food carts and a variety of stores offering handmade and vintage items tax-free. Oregon Zoo is just minutes from downtown Portland and is the oldest zoo west of the Mississippi.

UPDATES FOR 2026!
On Wednesday, September 30 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm there will be a special Party-On-The-Floor Exhibitor Reception in the Exhibit Hall. All attendees are invited to participate. Exhibitors will be given two drink tickets to hand out to the registered delegates of their choosing during the opening day of 
the show! Social events are a great way to network with current and potential clients.

Please note that while the posters will be in the exhibit hall for a majority of the Conference, they will be moved to a separate exhibit hall for the Poster Reception at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 29.

2026 Booth Pricing and Selection Schedule


Member Rates:

  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $2,750 for the first two spaces
  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $2,350 per additional space
  • 20 x 20 ft. Island Booths (MEMBERS ONLY): $9,450 
Non-Profit Rates:
  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $3,300 each
  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $2,900 per additional space
Non-Member Rates:
  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $3,900 each
  • Inline 10x10 ft. Booths: $3,500 per additional space

Corner spaces are an additional $200

Each 10x10 space includes 2 complimentary full registrations, including tickets to the Icebreaker and Zoo Day social events. Additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate of $180 per day (tickets additional) or $399 for a full Conference registration.

  • 40+ Year Exhibitors: Monday, May 18th, 11:00 am EST
  • 30+ Year Exhibitors: Tuesday, May 19th, 11:00 am EST
  • 20+ Year Exhibitors: Wednesday, May 20th, 11:00 am EST
  • 10+ Year Exhibitors: Friday, May 22nd, 11:00 am EST
  • 5+ Year Exhibitors: Tuesday, May 26th, 11:00 am EST
  • 1+ Year Exhibitors: Friday, May 29th, 11:00 am EST
  • Commercial Members: Wednesday, June 3rd, 11:00 am EST
  • General Public (Non-Members): Tuesday, June 9th, 11:00 am EST
Tenured exhibitors and AZA Commercial members will receive their assigned day/time, access code, and link to register two weeks before booth selection begins.
