MEMBERS
Company must be an AZA Commercial Member, Accredited Institution, Related Facility, or Conservation Partner in good standing with up to date paid dues to qualify. General Sponsor Package Rates:

Supporting Sponsor Package
- Member: $750
- Non-Member: $1750
Bronze Sponsor Package
- Member: $1250
- Non-Member: $2250

Event Sponsor Package Rates*:

Silver Sponsor Package:: $2500
Gold Sponsor Package: $3500
Platinum Sponsor Package: $8000

*Event-sponsorship packages are event-specific and based on availability. Event options are listed within the sales form. Event sponsorships are limited to active AZA members. Sponsored events are not exclusive, and can be sold to the same business segment.

Advertising Policies: Lobby buttons can only be purchased as an add-on to general or event sponsorship packages. Digital program guide ads may be purchased by AZA members at the prospectus rate. Non-members (who do not purchase a sponsor package) are subject to an additional $1000 charge on top of the prospectus rate.

Ready to select an sponsor package? Here is how it works:

Enter the information to be published in Sponsor Listings.
Complete the Sponsor Registration page by selecting the sponsor package and additional advertising opportunities.
Enter payment information and click submit. (General sponsor packages and advertisements must place a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of package selection. Contact Show Management if you have any questions regarding payment policy.)
Acknowledgment of your sponsorship package request and a separate, final confirmation of your assignment will be sent via email.

PAYMENT POLICY

General Sponsorships & Advertisements: A $500 non-refundable deposit must be placed at time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid by credit card or credit within 20 days of reservation.

Event-Sponsorships: A credit card must be placed to reserve your event sponsorship package. Your credit card will not be charged. Once your reservation has been placed, AZA Management will contact you with a sponsorship invoice and agreement for signature. Payment (by check) is due within 20 days of the reservation.

Packages and advertisements reserved on or after August 10th must paid in full at the time of the reservation.

PACKAGE & ASSETS DEADLINE: Sponsor packages and advertisement reservations must be made by August 18, 2021 to be included in the digital conference program guide.
