Virtual Exhibit Sales


Welcome to 2020 AZA Annual Conference-Virtual exhibitor booth sales!

For the first time since 1943, the AZA Annual Conference will not be held in person due to the pandemic. As zoos and aquariums are innovating during these uncertain times, so too is AZA! Please join thousands of leaders in the community, for the first-ever Annual Conference- Virtual, featuring 5 full days of online program sessions and events as well as an exciting showcase of virtual exhibitors. 

Company must be an AZA Commercial Member, Accredited Institution, Related Facility, or Conservation Partner in good standing with up to date paid dues to qualify. Please note that you must renew your AZA membership in order to receive exhibiting discounts. To find out more about joining the AZA, visit the AZA website. 


  • Silver Exhibitor Package: $1500
  • Basic Exhibitor Package: $1075

Organizations that are not an AZA members but support the mission of AZA must be a not-for-profit entities, accredited academic institutions, or government agency to qualify. 


  • Silver Exhibitor Package: $1500
  • Basic Exhibitor Package: $1175

All for-profit vendors that are not organizational members of AZA are eligible for standard booth rate.

  • Basic Exhibitor Package: $1275

Ready to select an exhibitor package? Here is how it works:

  1. Enter the information to be published in Exhibitor Listings.
  2. Complete the Exhibitor Registration page by selecting exhibitor package and additional advertising opportunities.
  3. Enter payment information and click submit.  (If selecting an exhibitor package after July 3rd, booth fee must be paid in full by credit card at the time of space selection. Contact Show Management prior to space selection if alternate payment method is desired.)
  4. Acknowledgment of your exhibitor package request and a separate, final confirmation of your assignment will be sent via email.

CANCELATIONS:  You may cancel your virtual booth purchase IN WRITING without penalty on or before July 1, 2020. If you cancel your virtual booth purchase from July 1-July 31, 2020 you will be subject to an additional service charge of $500 on top of the $500 nonrefundable deposit. Any virtual booth purchase cancelations made on or after July 31 st, 2020 will not be refunded at all.

PRINTING DEADLINE: Exhibitors selecting and/or paying for virtual exhibit booth after August 1, 2020 may not be listed in the digital Annual Conference program guide.
