Call for Papers

Submit Your Proposal Today!

AZA and the Annual Conference Program Committee are accepting abstracts/proposals for the 2020 Annual Conference. The deadline for submitting your abstract/proposal is Friday, May 15, 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Abstracts/proposals submitted after this date will only be considered after all others have been reviewed.

The Annual Conference Program Committee will meet in early June to review abstracts/proposals. Submitters should be notified of the Committee's decision by the end of June. A draft program will be available online early July.

Call for Papers Service Center

Moderators/submitters have the ability to save their abstract/proposal in the system and come back at a later date. Just click the "Save and Edit Later" button on the review screen. You will be emailed your Call for Papers Service Center login information immediately. Be sure to log into the Call for Papers Service Center to submit your abstract/proposal by Friday, May 15, 11:59 pm Pacific Time, otherwise your proposal will not be reviewed.
