Robert Satchell, President of Satchell Engineering & Associates has designed hundreds of aquatic life support systems globally. Robert will discuss and highlight how Satchell Engineering & Associates’ team of professionals designed the state-of-the-art aquatic life support system for Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s new Africa’s Water’s Edge. Satchell Engineering & Associates’ design will save the zoo millions of gallons of water a year. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s goal was not to just build a new exhibit, but to incorporate conservation and water savings.
