Call for Papers
The 2019 Annual Conference format will offer joint programming of the Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA) and the International Marine Animal Trainers' Association (IMATA). Attendees will be able to attend all concurrent sessions, regardless of which organization they are a part of!

AZA, IMATA, and the Annual Conference Program Committee are accepting abstracts/proposals for the 2019 Annual Conference. The deadline for submitting your abstract/proposal is Friday, April 26, 11:59 pm Pacific. Abstracts/proposals submitted after this date will only be considered after all others have been reviewed.
The Annual Conference Program Committee will meet in early May to review abstracts/proposals. Submitters should be notified of the Committee's decision by the end of May. A draft program will be available online in early June.

Moderators/submitters have the ability to save their abstract/proposal in the system and come back at a later date. Just click the "Save and Edit Later" button on the review screen. You will be emailed your Call for Papers Service Center login information immediately. Be sure to log into the Call for Papers Service Center to submit your abstract/proposal by Friday, April 26, 11:59 pm Pacific, otherwise your proposal will not be reviewed.
